Can I cancel my order?

  • All pieces are made to order, so you will have 24 hours after placing an order to cancel.
What is your return policy?
  • We will provide full replacement for any manufacturer defects. Please visit our Return Policy page to learn more.
Where can I find my shipping information/tracking and instructions? 
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once the order has been placed explaining the next steps. Once the order has shipped, you will receive a second email that contains tracking information.
Am I able to do exchanges or get store credit?
  • In the event of a product being damaged in transit, we will replace the original item if damage was noted at time of delivery. 
What is the estimated ship time for custom orders? 
  • White glove delivery can have variable time frames based on customer location and availability. We will ship the product within 2-3 weeks. 5-6 weeks to be delivered to the customer. FedEx Ground is 2-3 weeks total to arrive at the customer's doorstep.    
What is the estimated ship time for standard orders? 
  • White glove delivery can have variable time frames based on customer location and availability. We will ship the product within 1-2 weeks. 4-5 weeks to be delivered to the customer. FedEx Ground is 2-3 weeks total.

What methods of payment are accepted? 
  • We accept all major credit cards.
When is my credit card charged? 
  • Charged at the time of order.
Do you offer installation services? 
  • Our White Glove Delivery ensures the product is unpacked and fully set-up before they leave your home. 
Do I get a warranty on my order? If, so what is the time frame? 
  • You receive standard warranty on any manufacturer defects. Our White Glove Delivery service requires customers to inspect and report any damages at the time of delivery.

What is the thickness of the acrylic pieces? 
  • Range from 3/8” - 1 ½”. Material specifications can be found on individual product pages.

How does acrylic  (strength-wise) compare to glass?
  • Acrylic weighs half as much as glass and has 10x the impact strength of glass while remaining shatter resistant. 
What are the benefits of acrylic over glass? 
  • Shatterproof, impact resistant, 5-12% better optical clarity

Product Care

How do I clean my Acrylic Furniture?
  • Use a dry microfiber cloth with an acrylic approved cleaner. You can purchase a cleaning kit at the time of checkout. Do not use glass cleaner, household cleaners, or anything ammonium based. For more information, please visit our Product Care page.

Can this furniture be used outdoors?

  • Our furniture is recommended for indoor use only. 
 How do I prevent scratching?
  • Check out our protective covers and acrylic risers. Avoid dragging objects across the surface.
